Disassembly

1UR-FE LUBRICATION: ENGINE OIL COOLER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

(a) Remove the relief valve plug and gasket.

(b) Remove the valve spring and oil pump relief valve.

Reassembly

1UR-FE LUBRICATION: ENGINE OIL COOLER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

(a) Coat the oil pump relief valve with engine oil.

(b) Install the relief valve and valve spring into the oil pump cover hole.

(c) Install a new gasket and the plug.

Torque : 37 Nm (375 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)
