(a) Check the left side tailpipe for an exhaust ramp, and that the left and right exhaust pipes overlap at the flange connection, as shown in the

illustration.

(b) If an exhaust ramp is present and the left and right exhaust pipes overlap, the vehicle has the updated TRD Dual Exhaust System installed. NO

repairs are necessary.

(c) If an exhaust ramp is NOT present and the left and right exhaust pipes DO NOT overlap, the vehicle has the affected TRD Dual Exhaust System

installed. Continue to the next step for repair procedures

B. DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL

1. WARRANTY PARTS RECOVERY PREPARATION FOR THE TRD DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM MUFFLER

The muffler will be recovered for all TRD Dual Exhaust Systems replaced under SSC 50E.
