With the ignition in the off position, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

2.

Check that the steering wheel is in the straight-ahead position (+/- 30 degrees from straight ahead). If the steering wheel position is more than +/-
30 degrees from straight-ahead position, turn the steering wheel to the straight-ahead position.

3.

Install the fuse/short pin and reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
