Seat Heater Control Module: Testing and Inspection
SEAT: SEAT HEATER CONTROL (w/ Seat Heater System or Climate Control Seat System): ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION
1. INSPECT SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the Z11 connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:
(e) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(f) Connect the Z11 connector.
(g) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
