with SST - Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

HINT
*

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 30 cm (11.8 in.). When using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length that is not 30
cm (11.8 in.), calculate the torque specification for the torque wrench and SST based on the "without SST" torque specification

Make sure SST and the wrench are connected in a straight line.

4. INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR (for 4WD)   See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive/Propeller Shafts, Bearings and

Joints/Drive/Propeller Shaft/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Propeller Shaft Assembly/Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install a new gasket and the front exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold RH with 3 new nuts.

Torque : 54 Nm (554 kgf-cm, 40 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

(c) Connect the heated oxygen sensor connector and 2 clamps.

8. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK   See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Exhaust Manifold/Service and Repair/Installation
