Removal

WINDSHIELD / WINDOWGLASS: WINDSHIELD GLASS: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH   See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH   See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Removal

3. REMOVE HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL   See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH   See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL RH   See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Removal

6. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and

Repair/Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

(a) Partially remove the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH so that the front pillar garnish LH can be removed    See: Body and

Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Roof Headlining (For Regular Cab)/Removal.

8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

Rear View Mirror/Removal

12. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) w/ EC Mirror:

Remove the inner mirror    See: Body and Frame/Mirrors/Service and Repair/Inner Rear View Mirror/Removal.

(b) w/o EC Mirror:

Remove the inner mirror    See: Body and Frame/Mirrors/Service and Repair/Inner Rear View Mirror/Removal.

13. REMOVE ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) for Short Type:

Type)/Removal.

(b) for Long Type:
