Applicability

Introduction

Some 2007 - 2010 model year Tundra vehicles equipped with PPO/DIO tube steps may exhibit a condition where the step pad has lifted or cracked. To
improve the serviceability of the tube step the step pad is now available as a separate service part. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to replace the step
pad. Removal of the tube step is not required to perform step pad replacement.

Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

Toyota accessories installed as original equipment are covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months
or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.

Toyota accessories installed after the new vehicle purchase are warranted for 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the date of installation on the
vehicle, or the remainder of the applicable New Vehicle Limited Warranty, whichever provides the greater coverage.

Toyota accessories purchased over-the-counter are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.
