Inspection Procedure

If the vehicle is exhibiting a squeak/squeal noise from the rear brakes at slow speeds, refer to the Technical Information System (TIS), 2007 model
year Tundra Repair Manual, Brake - Brake (rear) - "Brake: Rear Brake: Removal".

Check the position of the rear disc brake support plates as shown in the following illustration.

If any one of the above conditions is found, replace the support plate as described in the following Repair Procedure.
