NOTE

A damaged 7-pin trailer wire harness connector can cause this DTC.

If the back-up lamp fuse does NOT experience an open circuit proceed to the Repair Procedure to install the NEW sub-wire harness.

Repair Procedure

1.

Note all radio presets and customer preferences prior to disconnecting battery.

2.

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

3.

Remove the right side front door sill trim plate.

4.

Remove the lower (main) glove box.

5.

Remove the lower trim panel.

6.

Remove the right front kick trim panel.

Remove the plastic nut then remove the kick panel.
