Check the 10 amp "back-up lamp" fuse for an open circuit.
NOTE

The back-up lamp fuse is listed as "BK/UP LP" on the fuse block assembly.

The back-up lamp fuse is located in the fuse block on the left side of the passenger compartment below the dashboard near the left front
kick panel.
Does the back-up lamp fuse have an open circuit?
^
YES - Continue with this TSB. Go to step 4.

NO - This TSB does NOT apply.
Refer to TIS, 2007 model year Tundra Repair Manual for diagnosis of this condition.

Replace the back-up lamp fuse.

Using TIS Techstream clear all DTCs and confirm a DTC does NOT return when the shifter is moved through all gear positions. If a DTC returns
refer to the Repair Manual for further diagnosis.

If the back-up lamp fuse has another open circuit - inspect the circuit for the root cause of the high current condition.
