Introduction

Some customers may experience an abnormal squeal noise from the engine accessory drive belt area, usually during cold start-up. An improved
accessory drive belt tensioner, A/C compressor bracket, and revised installation procedure have been developed to address this condition.

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.
