Align camshaft and crankshaft as shown in Fig. 5.
17.
Assemble sprockets and timing chain with marked links aligned at sprocket marks, Fig. 6.
18.
Install timing chain and sprockets. Torque camshaft sprocket attaching bolt to specification.
19.
Install timing chain tensioner. Torque attaching bolts to specification.
20.
Reverse steps 1 through 7 to complete installation. Torque crankshaft pulley retaining bolt to specification.
