OXYGEN SENSOR REPLACEMENT ON 1988-1995 MODEL LIGHT DUTY TRUCKS
In accordance with EPA standards, Toyota covers the replacement of the oxygen sensor at no charge to the customer at the 80,000 mile maintenance
service on specified 1988-1995 model year light duty trucks.
Reimbursement for this cost is requested by submitting a claim using the special maintenance operation code designated below for the 80,000 mile
maintenance service.
Please note that this part is only covered under the basic and emissions warranty period for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the vehicle date-of-first use for
1990-1994 model year vehicles or for 3 years or 36,000 miles for 1995 model year vehicles. If a failure occurs during that time, the normal operation
code of 895131 for R&R of oxygen sensor should be used, NOT the special 80,000 mile maintenance operation code mentioned below.
