Fuel Pressure Release: Service and Repair
The fuel system is maintained under constant pressure. Observe the following whenever the fuel system must be opened:
a. Place a suitable container under the connection to be opened.
b. Slowly open connection, allow pressure to escape, and catch spilled fuel in container.
