FIELD FIX INFORMATION:

New production rings can be used in 1986 and previous 1987 vans for field fix.

For 3Y engines (1984 and 1985 van), new rings are available as service parts. The end gap of compression ring #2 has been changed from 0.20
mm - 0.35 mm to 0.35 mm - 0.50 mm.
^
Modified valve stem seals should also be installed on 3Y and 4Y engines.
