Alignment: Service and Repair
Prior to checking and resetting front wheel alignment, check tire pressure to ensure it is correct, check wheel bearings for looseness and correct as
necessary and check wheel runout with a dial indicator. Wheel runout should not exceed .047 inch (1.2 mm).
CASTER & CAMBER
Van W/2 Wheel Drive
Caster and camber are adjusted by turning the strut bar nut or the adjusting cam. Adjusting cam should not be turned more than 4.5 graduations from
center position. Do not turn strut bar nut more than 3 threads from original position. Torque adjusting cam bolt to 112 ft. lbs. (152 Nm), and strut bar nut
to 89 ft. lbs. (121 Nm).

Caster and camber are adjusted by rotating front and/or rear adjusting cams as shown, Figs. 5 and 6.
