Hood Sensor/Switch (For Alarm): Service and Repair
Installation

THEFT DETERRENT / KEYLESS ENTRY: ENGINE HOOD COURTESY SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SECURITY COURTESY SWITCH

(a) Install the security courtesy switch with the 2 screws.

(b) Engage the clamp.

(c) Install the spring.

(d) Install the spring.

3. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY   See: Lighting and Horns/Horn/Service and Repair/High Pitched Horn/Installation

4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Grille/Service and Repair/Installation

5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR   See: Grille/Service and Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL   See: Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation

7. INSPECT HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Testing and Inspection

8. ADJUST HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Adjustments
