Solar Sensor: Service and Repair
Removal

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: SOLAR SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

2. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal

3. REMOVE SOLAR SENSOR

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the solar sensor.
