Hood Sensor/Switch (For Alarm): Service and Repair
Installation

THEFT DETERRENT / KEYLESS ENTRY: ENGINE HOOD COURTESY SWITCH: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SECURITY COURTESY SWITCH

(a) Install the security courtesy switch with the 2 screws.
(b) Engage the clamp.

(c) Install the spring.

(d) Install the spring.

2. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Hood/Hood Latch Release Cable/Service and Repair/Installation
3. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY See: Lighting and Horns/Horn/Service and Repair/High Pitched Horn/Installation
4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Grille/Service and Repair/Installation
5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR See: Grille/Service and Repair/Installation
6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL See: Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Installation
7. INSPECT HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Hood/Testing and Inspection
8. ADJUST HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Hood/Adjustments
