(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 1 air duct sub-assembly.

Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Reassembly
2. INSTALL COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Reassembly
3. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 6 screws and blower assembly with the cooler evaporator sub-assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly.

4. INSTALL COOLER EXPANSION VALVE See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Reassembly
5. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System) See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

6. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

7. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Reassembly
8. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Reassembly
9. INSTALL NO. 2 FINISH PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Reassembly

10. INSTALL NO. 1 FINISH PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Reassembly
11. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY
