4. REMOVE COOLING FAN RESISTOR

(a)

Disconnect the connector from the cooling fan resistor.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and the cooling fan resistor.

INSPECTION 

1. INSPECT COOLING FAN RESISTOR

(a)

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Standard resistance: 1.17 to 1.43 Ohms at 20°C (68°F) 

INSTALLATION 

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN RESISTOR

(a)

Install the cooling fan resistor with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.1 N*m (52 kgf*cm, 45 in.*lbf) 

(b) Connect the cooling fan resistor connector.

2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH
4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
