Clamping nuts, replace (chassis/underbody area) at front
Replace Locking Nuts (Chassis Area/Underbody) at Front
Front axle body (1) on radiator crossmember.
Remove, Disconnect
Front panelling - see operation "Front panelling, remove and install".
Important!
Lift the radiator on the right-hand side. Remove rubber plugs in radiator holder.
Enlarge hole (3) in the lock plate to 15 mm. Siphon off drilling swarf. Split plastic rings on the lock nuts with a screwdriver or thin chisel. Pull lock nuts out of hole with curved welding wire.
Replace Lock Nuts (Chassis/Underbody Area) at Front (Continued)
Install, Connect
Insert new lock nuts "without plastic rings". Turn screw. Front panelling.
Remove, Disconnect
