Tail Lamp Insert, Replace - Model 53-B (Additional to operation "Rear End Panel, Lower, Replace Completely". If required, Service supplies the inserts for Model 53, 54, 58 and 59. The re-working for Model 53-B is described below.).
 Remove, Disconnect Attaching parts, drill off tail lamp insert piece. Re-work Insert for Model 53-B (Left Insert, Right Insert) Saw off shaded area (1). De-burr cut edges. Check fitting. |

 Install, Connect Fit rear lamp insert. Prepare flanges, apply spot weld paint. Weld in new part. Add: Left insert (fastening holes for switch (1) of luggage compartment illumination). Work both holes according to dimensional specifications. Fit luggage compartment illumination switch, check switch function. Seal body seams. Seal cavities. Attaching parts
