Product characteristics	•  Spot welding double flange adhesive for the bonding body quarter panels on the outside and inside

Substrates	•  Only grind quarter panels down to bare metal in the area of the weld points, adhesive bonds to activated new part primer
Preliminary treatment	•  Before applying the adhesive, clean the surface with activator (activate)

Notice: 

The adhesive in the area of separating points / edge welds should be protected from burning by applying thermal insulation paste to the adjacent sheet metal.

Application	•  Perform all operations immediately and without interruption. Diameter of adhesive bead approx. 4 mm
	•  Process adhesive at an ambient temperature of between 15 ° and 30 ° Celsius, sheet temperatures between 18 ° and 40 ° Celsius
Paintability	•  May be painted with OPEL paint repair systems
Disposal	•  The following should be treated as general information on disposal (discrepant national regulations should be observed)
	•  Domestic waste	Expressed residual adhesive, plastic nozzles with adhesive, cleaning cloths with residual adhesive, packaging

Occupational safety	•  The following should be treated as general information on the observance of occupational safety (discrepant national regulations should be observed).
	•  Eye protection	Wear protective goggles when working with chemical products. If any chemicals come into contact with the eyes, rinse out immediately with clear water, consult doctor.
	•  Protection of respiratory organs	Carry out adhesive processing and welding work in well ventilated rooms, for short-term welding work wear a filter mask of type AB. During longer-term welding work also ensure that the vapours are extracted effectively.
	•  Skin protection	Wear protective clothing and protective gloves. Use silicone-free protective cream or salve. If the skin comes into contact with adhesive, wash in water and soap, do not use solvents.
