Complaint: No /Poor Function, Hard to operate Key rotates in door lock without function.
Cause:
Production Solution: Running change for MY 96 introduced these freewheeling lock cylinders for all models.
Special part: No
Remedy: This feature is theft protection. If the lock freewheels the key must be rotate until the fob is vertical and the key fully inserted. This deactivates the freewheel. Please inform all customers.
