Rubber Weatherstrip, A Pillar, Replace - Model 53-B  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Open folding hood. Push A pillar rubber weatherstrip (3) from guide rail (1) and guide pin (2).

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Remove adhesive from adherend area A pillar (1) with masking tape and coat with primer made of 2-pack glass cement. Heat rubber weatherstrip A pillar in the adherend area (2) with a hot air dryer.

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Push A pillar rubber weatherstrip (3) onto guide pin (2) and guide rail (1). Align  
A pillar rubber weatherstrip at top. Remove protective backing and press on. Close folding hood.

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Check seating of A pillar rubber weatherstrip.
