Rubber Weatherstrip, Sash Window Pane of Front Door, Replace - Model-53 B  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Lower sash window. Cut off rubber cap (1) at upper edge of sash window guide rail (2) only in front. Pull rubber weatherstrip, sash window pane from sash window guide rail.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Object Number: 2392283 Size: DEFAULT

Cut rubber cap of new rubber weatherstrip for sash window pane acc. to dimensions of old rubber cap, fit and if necessary re-cut.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Only cut off the short part of the rubber weatherstrip from the rubber cap!  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Guide rubber weatherstrip, sash window pane in sash window guide rail. Coat intersection point of fixed rubber weatherstrip (3) with 1-component adhesive (cyanoacrylate) and press on rubber cap. Close sash window.
