Table 2, Trouble Code Table - TC 14 COOLANT TEMP. VOLTAGE LOW > < F0:Data List - Test Step 13 CHECK LIGHT

Explanation of Tables

TECH 1 is equipped with a 4 line/16 character display. Only a limited amount of information can be indicated on this display. Therefore listings of trouble codes, coding tables or additional necessary instructions are summarized in "Tables".

A detailed explanation is contained in the TECH 1 Operating Instructions.

The relevant table is indicated in the TECH 1 display.

Table 1, TECH 1 Checking

TECH 1 refers to table 1, if the equipment is correctly connected, but no data (with ignition ON) can be received by TECH 1.

·   Start TECH 1 self-test. Connect TECH 1 OPEL Test Adapter between TECH 1 and diagnositc plug in vehicle (see Operating Instructions).

If data can still not be received after the self-test:

-   Diagnostic plug (ALDL)

-   Control unit voltage supply

-   Control unit ground connection

are to be checked according to Table 1.
