Remove fan motor - see operation "Fan motor Remove and Install". Detach lower coolant hose from radiator - collect coolant. Detach other coolant lines and wiring harness plugs from radiator. Detach charge air hoses and wiring harness plug from intercooler. Detach both brackets for intercooler (1) and radiator (2). Carefully remove radiator with intercooler upwards.
 Install, Connect Carefully insert radiator with intercooler from above. Install brackets for intercooler and radiator. Attach all coolant lines and wiring harness plugs to radiator. Attach charge air hoses and wiring harness plug to intercooler. Install fan motor - see operation "Fan motor Remove and Install". Fill cooling system - see operation "Cooling system Fill and Vent" |
