Cooling System, Top Up and Bleed  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Use Opel/Vauxhall Radiator Anti-freeze 19 40 656 (90 297 545). 1) .  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Fill coolant compensation tank with coolant up to "COLD" mark (1). After closing cooling system allow engine to run warm until thermostat opens (c. 92º C coolant temperature). Allow engine to cool and check coolant level, refilling coolant level in compensation tank to "COLD" mark if necessary.  

Notice: 

Cooling system bleeds automatically during engine warm-up phase.

1)  Ensure antifreeze mixture contains 50% water and 50% antifreeze.
