Crankshaft Out-of-Round, Check  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove crankshaft bearing cap.  

Attach Dial Gauge MKM-571-B with dial gauge bracket to cylinder block. Attach probe of Dial Gauge MKM-571-B to crankshaft bearing journal.  

Object Number: 616197 Size: DEFAULT  Measure   

Turn crankshaft smoothly. Maximum out-of-round: 0.03 mm.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Remove holder with Dial Gauge MKM-571-B.  

Install crankshaft bearing cap with new bolts to cylinder block - tightening torque 50 Nm/37 lbf. ft. + 45 ° +15 ° .  

Object Number: 2377840 Size: DEFAULT
