Valve, Grind in  

 

Oil valve stem, apply fine-grained grinding paste to valve seat.  

Turn valve with valve grinder (1) to and fro while lifting rhythmically from seat - to distribute the grinding paste.  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

The grinding procedure is concluded when the seat surfaces (arrows) look uniformly matt.  

Object Number: 616195 Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Remove remnants of grinding paste carefully from valves, valve guides and cylinder head.
