Intake Manifold, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove air hoses (1) and crankcase vent hose (2).  

Detach charge air pipe (3) from intake manifold. Detach charge air pipe bracket from cylinder head. Disconnect series resistor wiring harness plug. Detach pressure hose from intake manifold.

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Intake manifold fastening bolts (arrows).  

Loosen outer fastening nuts for intake manifold (arrows) and remove intake manifold.  

Clean sealing surfaces and remove sealant remnants.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Attach intake manifold with new gasket to cylinder head - 24 Nm/18 lbf. ft.  

Fit pressure hose to intake manifold. Clamp wiring harness dropping resistor. Fit charge air pipe holder to cylinder head. Fit charge air pipe to intake manifold.  

Install air hoses and crankcase vent hose.
