Valve Indentation, Check  

Object Number: 616195 Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Clean cylinder head sealing surface and valve head.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Place Measurement Bridge KM-301 (1) on cylinder block. Insert Dial Gauge MKM-571-B (2) into Measuring Bridge KM-301 and fasten under pretension. Adjust dial of dial gauge to zero.  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Object Number: 2390970 Size: DEFAULT

Place Measuring Bridge KM-301 with Dial Gauge MKM-571-B on valve head - ensure that probe of gauge lies on valve head. Read off displayed value from gauge.  

Permissible indentation: 0.25 to 0.75 mm.  

If the permissible indentation is exceeded, replace the valves or, if necessary, the cylinder head.
