Cold Start Acceleration, Check and Adjust
 Adjust Adjust idle speed - see operation "Idle Speed, Adjust". Allow engine to cool. Gap between idle speed stop bolt and idle speed adjustment lever (arrows). Temperature - Coolant Spacing (between the arrows)

Loosen lock nut (2). Adjust stop screw (1) accordingly. |

 Inspect Mark crankshaft pulley with 1 to 2 cm/ 0.4 to 0.8 in. wide piece of aluminium foil (arrow). Measure engine speed with photo-electric rev counter.
Adjust Loosen lock nut, turn stop screw until idle speed (cold) is attained. Check idle speed.
