Injection System, X 17 DTL
The Bosch VE injection pump is equipped with charge pressure-dependent full load stop (CPD) and anti-dieseling pistons.
The injection pump cams have been modified regarding start of injection and injection duration.

Exclusively the injectors familiar from the 17 DR engine are used.
