Idle Speed, Check and Adjust  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Mark crankshaft pulley with 1 to 2 cm/ 0.4 to 0.8 in. wide piece of aluminium foil (arrow). Measure engine speed with photo-electric rev counter.  

Idling speed 780 to 80 min -1 .  

Object Number: 616198 Size: DEFAULT  Adjust   

Loosen lock nut (1), adjust stop bolt (2) correspondingly.  

Object Number: 616194 Size: DEFAULT  Assemble   

After adjustment, tighten lock nut and secure with locking paint.
