Idle Speed Increase Pressure Unit, Remove and Install (Bosch Fuel Injection Pump 17 DR and X 17 DTL)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove vacuum hose from idle speed increase pressure unit.  

Loosen clamping sleeve (1) and remove fastening nuts (2).  

Remove idle speed increase pressure unit.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install idle speed increase pressure unit - note guide pin (3). Attach fastening nuts and clamping sleeve.  

Connect vacuum hose to idle speed increase pressure unit.  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Check idle speed increase adjustment - see operation "Idle Speed, Check and Adjust (Bosch Fuel Injection Pump, 17 DR and X 17 DTL)".  

Object Number: 2394728 Size: DEFAULT
