Injector Nozzle, Remove and Install > < Injection Nozzle, Check

 

Injector Nozzle, Clean (Injector Nozzle Removed)  

Object Number: 616193  Size: DEFAULT  Disassemble   

Injection nozzle holder, remove injection nozzle.  

Object Number: 616195  Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Use cleaning unit. Clean all parts of injector nozzle in clean diesel fuel. Do not use metallic objects or sandpaper. Remove soot from nozzle needle using wooden spatula soaked in diesel.  

Object Number: 616201  Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Do not touch stem of needle. Do not mix up injector nozzle bodies and needles.  

Object Number: 2393072  Size: DEFAULT

 

 

Object Number: 616196  Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Cleaned nozzle needle must move freely in the nozzle body and slide into the nozzle under its own weight.  

Check nozzle needle and body for damage and wear.  

Object Number: 616201  Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

The injection nozzles must be free of residue. Do not touch ground surfaces of the injection needle with hands.  

Object Number: 616194  Size: DEFAULT  Assemble   

Assemble injector nozzle with nozzle holder.  

Object Number: 616199  Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Injection nozzle in nozzle holder (assembly) - 44 Nm.
