Accelerator Pedal  

Accelerator Pedal, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove footwell panelling.  

Detach accelerator Bowden cable from accelerator pedal.  

Remove retaining ring (7) and remove guide sleeve (8).  

Remove retaining ring (3). Remove shim (2), split washer (4) and guide sleeve (5).  

Remove accelerator pedal with spring (6) from bracket.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Insert accelerator pedal with spring in bracket - note correct installation position of spring. Slide on guide sleeve (5), split washer (4) and shim (2) and secure with retaining ring (3). Slide on guide sleeve (8) and secure with retaining ring (7). Attach accelerator Bowden cable to accelerator pedal.  

Install footwell panelling.
