Intake Air Temperature Sensor, Remove and Install (M 2.8)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from intake air temperature sensor.  

Detach air intake hose (2) from upper part of air cleaner housing and hot film mass air flow meter and remove.  

Remove intake air temperature sensor (3) from air intake hose.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Do not damage air intake hose.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Slide intake air temperature sensor into air intake hose.  

Install air intake hose - ensure good condition and correct seating.  

Connect wiring harness plug to intake air temperature sensor.  

Object Number: 2392988 Size: DEFAULT
