Oxygen Sensor, Remove and Install (M 2.5, M 2.8)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug (arrow) for oxygen sensor and lay free cable - note cable routing.  

Detach oxygen sensor (1) from exhaust pipe.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

When reusing oxygen sensor smear thread with special grease (black).  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Object Number: 2383271 Size: DEFAULT

Install oxygen sensor in exhaust pipe - 30 Nm/22 lbf. ft.  

Wiring harness plug for oxygen sensor - note correct routing of cables.  

Object Number: 2383270 Size: DEFAULT
