Oxygen Sensor, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Remove oxygen sensor only with engine at operating temperature.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug for oxygen sensor. Unscrew oxygen sensor from exhaust manifold.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

If the lambda probe is reused, insert the thread of the lambda probe with special grease (black). Ensure satisfactory cable laying - lay the cable of the lambda probe in such a way that it is not chafed and cannot reach the exhaust pipe.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Screw oxygen sensor into exhaust manifold - 30 Nm/22 lbf. ft. Connect wiring harness plug for oxygen sensor.  

Object Number: 2383280 Size: DEFAULT
