The firing angles of cylinders 2 and 3 are advanced twenty times
by 0.7 °CA each time. The knock module must recognise knock at least once.

· Engine speed lower
than 5000 rpm
· Coolant
temperature higher than 85 °C/ 185 °F but lower than 104 °C/
219 °F
· Contents of long
term correction for active knock cell is 0 °CA
· Intake manifold
absolute pressure lower than 9.8 kPa (98 mbar)
· Above conditions
must be fulfilled for at least 15 s
