MAP SENSOR VOLTAGE HIGH

·   Engine running

·   Throttle valve opening less than 19 %

·   Full load enrichment not activated

·   Following trouble codes not stored: 21, 22

·   Intake manifold absolute pressure higher than 98.5 kPa

·   Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 2.5 s

Replacement value:

·   Engine not running:       Intake manifold pressure equals 90 kPa

·   Engine running:             The control unit calculates the intake manifold pressure depending on the engine speed and the throttle valve position

Effects:

·   The secondary air injection is switched off

·   The long- term correction of the mixture adaptation is switched off
