Engine running at idle speed, operating temperature

Nominal idle speed for selector lever position "R", "D", "3", "2", and "1" has not been changed (basic setting after control unit reset)

X 14 XE AT:

 

Nominal idle speed for selector lever position "R", "D", "3", "2", and "1" has been programmed.

 

Note:

The nominal engine speed is a programmable value.

If F0:DATA LIST no.: 41 is ACTIVE, the nominal engine speed has been reprogrammed.

If F0:DATA LIST no.: 41 is INACTIVE, the nominal engine speed has not been altered or the control unit has been reset. In this case, ignore the TECH 1 display. A randomly selected value will be displayed.

·   Check control unit calibration, see field remedy measures

 

·   Select TECH 1 menu:

     F6:MISC. TESTS,
