Oxygen Sensor, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Remove oxygen sensor only with engine at operating temperature.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from oxygen sensor. Unscrew oxygen sensor from exhaust manifold.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

When reusing the oxygen sensor smear its thread with special grease (black).  

Ensure correct routing of cable - route cable of the oxygen sensor so that abrasion does not occur and it cannot come in contact with the exhaust pipe.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Screw oxygen sensor into exhaust manifold - tightening torque 30 Nm. Connect oxygen sensor to wiring harness plug.  

Object Number: 2398389 Size: DEFAULT
