Exhaust manifold, remove and install > < Rear seal ring in camshaft housing, replace (C 14 SE from MY '93, C 16 SE, X 16 SZ, 16 NZR and X 16 SZR)

Seal Ring in Camshaft Housing, Rear, Replace (1.8 / 2.0 Ltr. Engines and 16 LZ2)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove high voltage distributor (1) - see operation "High Voltage Distributor, Remove and Install".  

Tilt out sealing ring (2) with suitable tool - do not damage the sealing surfaces!  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Coat new sealing ring with silicone grease (white) and insert with KM-636 (3) in the camshaft housing.  

High voltage distributor - see operation "High Voltage Distributor, Remove and Install".
