Toothed belt tension roller, remove and install (1.8/2.0 ltr engine and 16 LZ2) > < Toothed belt, remove and install (1.8/2.0 ltr engine from MY '93 and 16 LZ2)

Toothed Belt Tension Roller, Remove and Install (1.4 / 1.6 Ltr. Engines except 16 LZ2)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install  
(1.4 / 1.6 Ltr. Motor except 16 LZ2)".  

Remove fastening bolt (1) and remove toothed belt tension roller.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install toothed belt tension roller - ensure that the tongue (2) of the toothed belt tension roller baseplate engages in the groove (3) of the oil pump.

Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (1.4 / 1.6 Ltr. Engines except 16 LZ2)".  

Install toothed belt tension roller on oil pump - tightening torque 20 Nm.
