Automatic Transmission AF 14/20 up to Model Year '89

 

·  Engine running for at least 600 s

·   Engine speed higher than 800 rpm

·   The voltage at the relevant transmission control unit input (Ter. 11) is too high (coolant temperature switch is apparently not closed); (short circuit to battery voltage or interruption)

 

If trouble code 15 was recognized, the converter clutch is not engaged for approx. 20 minutes after "start engine"
